In an even comp future first’s values can be too hard to predict.

I honestly reckon they’re just making stuff up…
They(media) don’t know what he said In that team meeting. Best thing for the media to write is that he didn’t give any declaration on his future so they don’t have to say ‘he said he was leaving’ and they get it wrong or ‘he said he was staying’ and they get it wrong.

He got the Trac news right when he broke it, we would’ve heard otherwise by now if it wasn’t true.

All other journos have supported the narrative as well so I doubt they would all be off the money on this.

I do think there has been a bit of barracking on his own story like McClure, although that's more of a grip with the current state of AFL journalism. Not saying he's wrong of course, but if they smell smoke they do try to make it a fire
