He's a good VFL player. Every time we play a VFL quality side, he goes okay. AFL quality sides, he goes totally missing.

Vossy is a big part of this teams problems, he is stubborn and is simply too inept tactically compared to the other coaches in the league.

TDK & Crippa are the only absolute untouchables in the squad.

and the most important point, our love for media attention had us pick an incredibly underdone Doc ahead of someone like Binns. It’s by no fault of Doc, he’s a legend, but hindsight hasn’t been favourable.

I found the quarter time coaches conference very interesting. Also found Hansen on the bench and Voss in the box strange as well

But let’s face it the whole night was strange
TDK subbed and then Kennedy hooked for him half way through the 2nd was trainwreak stuff

Bringing in 6 underdone blokes was always going to bite us in the ass

For a full half there was no effort, no pressure and no intensity. Everything after that doesn't really matter.

Disappointing way to end a season which for large parts looked really promising.

Can’t apply pressure if you don’t pick pressure players. Especially the ones that were fit and available and had shown something.

Game went as expected.

Lost at the selection table. TDK sub was a disaster and Motlop / Fantasia playing over kids with a genuine X factor like Moir / Binns and Lord is alarming. Voss is playing favourites and season over now. I get a feeling we aint ever gunna win a thing with Voss in charge and he will waste a really good list.

Time will tell though and lets see what the off season brings once again , rinse repeat and lets all get ready to be a laughing stock in 2025 while all our good kids will request trades cause Voss wont play em.

What a shit way to end a season and this sucks.
