As for all the people calling for Voss' head... 6 guys straight off the injury list. A couple of them shouldn't have even been brought back into the side. Do you think that Motlop or Durdin should have been playing AFL at all this year. Durdin has done his shoulder twice this year. Motlop has been the victim of our soft tissue plague this year. Fantasia was good years ago... he need to be the coach for our small forwards.

I'm sorry but I can't agree with that. Effort and pressure should be the absolute minimum whether you are Gary Ablett or Clem Smith. One or two changes would not have made any impact when the rest of the team are giving their opponent 10m of space every time. Second half you saw that the players out there were good enough to get a result but the application wasn't there in Q1/2.

You don’t need to apologise for disagreeing. I put it to you that one player DOeS make a difference. Look what a change came over the game when Tom came on.

3 pressure players would have made the world of difference.

Cinc instead of Durdin (invisible).
Lord instead of Cerra (3 tackles)
Binns instead of Motlop or Williams, push Doc forward.

Heaps of options to have made a big difference.

We had a pressure rating of 163 because we picked the slowest lowest pressure side possible on our list.

And then proceeded to make Tom sub. Incredible.

The Geelong win was the best I’d seen us play in a decade… then it just all fell apart.

I didn’t agree with some selections for tonight but didn’t bag them before the game.

TDK as sub didn’t sit well with me, especially with energy he brought when he came on.

It didn’t have to be Cinc on Zorko but it had to be someone but it wasn’t anyone in the first half.

The football ops boss is an administration position. You're having a laugh trying to lump blame on that sole position as a way of fantasy land protecting an utter failure in responsibility in the coaches and HP departments together. And if you say well the footy ops boss picked them. Then you're implying he picked wrong and therefore Voss is wrong in your own argument.
