Not sure. May have been red team they didn't have numbers. Could see Dow, Graham and Sonsie in the ones.Did Kane get a run through there - surely in a sim of two sides he would have had opportunities...
Injured himself again, last week ....assuming hammyJust watched match sim highlights Prestia wasn't there. Defence will be very young with Gibcus, Young, Trezise and Brown back there so Rioli and Short will have to take a huge load of the rebounding.
Just watched the match sim - Hopper / Taranto and Kane pretty much matched up Thomson, Shai and Bakes in CBA's after Dusty lasted about a quarter and half but was in everything. Hopper got quantity but Taranto quality. Shai and Bakes were good, Thomson so many handballs, and shot OOTF.Not sure. May have been red team they didn't have numbers. Didnt realise TT and Hopper were on red. Highlights looked like firsts v seconds and was mostly one way traffic for 90% of itJust watched the match sim - Hopper / Taranto and Kane pretty much matched up Thomson, Shai and Bakes in CBA's after Dusty lasted about a quarter and half but was in everything. Was only a Sim and not very cohesive as yet. Balta up fwd, big Naismith out tapping Nank, but Nank better around the ground. Good to see Mate out there and he has come on a bit.
Scores were about level in the end - Hopper really knocked up getting. Sonsie had moments, had trouble telling some of the reds tbh, but Hopper and TT have their own gait. Happy to be corrected if anyone has identification chart for Reds.Didnt realise TT and Hopper were on red. Highlights looked like firsts v seconds and was mostly one way traffic for 90% of it
Is this original work on your end Wayne? It validates my opinion so it’s clearly fantastic work…Caleb Serong
Why shouldn’t I pick him?
Serong is priced at 108.1, and I suspect many coaches are hesitant to start him at just 5.5% ownership. Every fantasy coach looks for ‘upside’ and improvement, so where do we see this coming from?
It’s clear that Serong massively improved his stoppage game in 2023, averaging 61.2 points per game at stoppages. This ranked him #4 in the competition behind Bontempelli, Taranto and Laird. A high stoppage reliance is very important for the consistency of a player’s scoring, and this is what we saw with Serong
Serong is maxed out on stoppage points at 61.2 per game, it’s highly likely that he will regress in that department following a career best season. We know this because, since 2021, just 1 of 18 players have managed to improve on a stoppage average of 55+.

A couple of key updates from Simmo in regards to Yeo and Ginbey.
If Yeo’s playing full time mid…. Its a risky pick because you’d pick him with the likely scenario that he’d probably gets injured again (but for his sake I hope he doesn’t because he deserves a long run)
Ginbey could be the better mid pricer than Warlord, as he will play more inside mid for certain. Based off this their main insiders will be Telly, Yeo and Ginbey (because Sheed injured, Gaff useless etc)

Yeah agree.Ginbey will likely be the third mid behind Yeo and Kelly. He'll score more than last year as he adds more disposals to his tackle numbers but he's unlikely to be 20 points better at the start of the season. Prime third season breakout candidate in 2025 though.
I am. Worst case scenario, he does a Tom Stewart and goes down in the first game. More likely, we get a run of 3-4 games out of him and you can jump onto Coleman or Himmelberg by then. Best case scenario, you get six weeks of 90+ scores and you get out early. If you're onYeah agree.
But Yeo is the most interesting one… do you risk it? He arguably has a better role than last year but judging from that wording he doesn’t sound like he’d be a sub candidate like Fyfe will be.
If you do pick him you’d have to cross your fingers he gets through enough games
You have a bit of a safety net too, with best 18 in 4 of the first 6 rounds. If Yeo makes it past that then youve at least made a heap of cash if he gets injured, or you could de-risk by trading him up to somebody coming off their byeYeah agree.

1) who’s your R1Do you guys think Martin is a lock for half back? And will it result in higher scores for him?
I've got the chance to trade Soldo for him in my draft league and I'm wondering if I should pull the trigger, but I'm only interested if he's going to pick up defender status, as it'll leave me with no backup ruck.
I've got English so I'm pretty set. But I'm also stacked with Green, Walsh, Steele, LDU and Matt Crouch as mids, so don't need Martin unless he's going to be a defender.1) who’s your R1
2) nothing left you can pick up in the ruck delartment
3) looking very likely Martin gets def DPP
