LDU will be an interesting consideration at a looming awkward high 90s price (similar to this year)
Steele, miller, mills, walsh look like they’ll be hard to pass on at their prices.
Even dunkley now at 105 thanks to a slow start, injury and last 2 weeks will have strong merit
Josh kelly will be well priced too
2023 clearly the year of stacking the forwards
2024 to me shaping as a year to stack the mids but underpriced mids.
Will be interesting to see our options in fwd/def esp with rookies.
And English or no English will be big decision at a monster price but I’m not seeing any real obvious underpriced ruck options (Gawn looks 1, Xerri if Goldstein retires but not sure he will and so not sure he will hold enough value)

From a Freo perspective, Young might be a tasty DEF/MID slightly underpriced given change of role, but not much.
However, Matt Johnson could be a great pick. Really like him as a player, and several sub games have tanked his average. If he plays fully next year, he will be a great pick.

I will be taking my ZevonBall approach of this year (steadfastly refusing to pick a team until the day before round 1), but this time I will actually see it through and not fold like a cheap suit during the pre season games.
I haven’t decided yet if I will remove my ban on picking Daicos, but if I do he’ll have a season average in the 70s with multiple weeks lost due toinjury the Zevon Curse.
I also plan to actually care about fantasy next year rather than adopting the “I don’t give a rats” approach of this season. Whether that will help my overall rank is highly debatable though.

I'm going midpriced madness. If I'm going to win the car (I am) then I don't want the stress of having to manage the trades. Plan is to build one of those teams that could come first without trading that some campaigner rubs our faces in every year.

as a fwd you surely couldn’t overlook him in start team just because of what we know he can be (I wanted to start him as a mid this year), but you could certainly mount a strong case to take him on based on numbers in the back half of year

How much FWD time has Flanders played relative to MID time this season? Not enough to keep DPP status, right?
He was playing forward that whole last quarter, which is why he slowed down in scoring. I reckon he might keep it.
At least we won't have the stress of Dunkley next year. Never know if he's going to score a 120+ or a 70
