Stewart (98-103) and Fyfe (75-80)
vs
NWM (97-102) and Fisher (87-92) (This is a hard one to average)

Am i putting to many points on the bottom trade?
Seems likes its safer and more points.
I wouldn't take either Fyfe or Fisher .....surely there are better options for us to choose

LOL .....We're not exactly short of FWD options .....overflowing I tell ya
A lot of cheap options. Not many good premo options. I'm sure it will be fine.

I didn't mind Fisher. For someone with a hamstring complaint, he was certainly visible against Collingwood, even with Sheezel racking up.

Bowes versus Budarick versus Clark (freo version)

Catastrophe!

Or better ....rank in order of taking them
I’m pretty bullish on Clark this year. Quite easily ahead of those other two for me

Would like to see how GC lineup once Powell is back. Bowes to me is a trap. Always has been. Clark the one with the most defined role and less change going on around him.

Clark in my side currently

59 points in a half also, if hes named i don't see how you can go without him.
There are plenty of mid-priced FWD options emerging - Adams (DNP), MacDonald (not a great game the other day mind you), Billings, Fisher, Powell (role? certainly had plenty of CBA's), Fyfe, Mackenzie, Rankine (is it real?), Miers (ilterally NOONE has said boo about him but he did his chances the other day no harm), Harmes (CBA's), Heeney (surprise inclusion; probably not really a MP either), Jordon, Sexton, Neal-Bullen.

There's still going to be plenty of variability in the FWD line.

Yep, I currently have Clark and Budarick, no Zilliams .....was tempted by Catastrophe! 's comments on Bowes

Out of all those, i don't see any of them having better upside than Fyfe/Fisher other than maybe Mackenzie.
Already have Adams/Jordon/Sexton right now.

Rank them, draft style, please.

Not really lol, theirs Macdonald but i don't see his scoring increasing enough to be viable.

You only need these players to play for 4-5 games then you can flick them.
Yeah, I think it might last longer than that - depends on what DPP we get before Rnd6.

Clark
Bowes
Budarick

Think Clark is so far ahead of the other two though, as he was just awesome from what I saw yesterday. Seemed to be everywhere and they kept feeding him the ball.

If he does that next match, gonna be hard to keep him out.

I should be in bed rather than tinkering with my stupid team. Anyway, with a bit of manoeuvring can go either.

Bont, Gulden, Butters, Steele & M Crouch
or
Gulden, Laird, Butters, Steele & LDU (this requires Macrae down to Wilson on my forward bench).

Think I prefer second option, but if Fin Macrae named for Pies, might have to go option one. Any thoughts?

LDU and Yeo v Sheezel and Hewett?

Do LDU and Sheezel average the same? I see sheezel as having more risk with position, but might even have the higher ceiling in his position and maybe less injury risk (?)

Yeos sat in my team for quite a while now but since thinking about the roo comparison I was looking at similar price points. Hewett has the early bye but carries a lot less risk than yeo and probably more upside? Downside being mid obviously

Made the change to sheezel and Hewett but can't help but feel a bit gross doing it

Hewett could be a good POD…worth a watch. At this time I would say option 1 though

Xerri + Flanders vs
Grundy + Adams

Had Grundy all year but feel like he’s not going to be a keeper and not going to be a captain choice so worth saving coin and going Xerri?

You've also got the option of Xerri + Adams and using the extra $100k elsewhere?

I have all four in my current side.

I say this as a Freo Homer but I really really wouldn’t go Fyfe. He’s going to get clearances and handballs, something DT doesn’t care too much about and he’s going to get subbed out every week for at least a month. That’s if he doesn’t get injured, he’ll probably average in the 60s.

Having watched the game twice, Yeo looks very close to full fitness and has his power and speed back. Playing in a terrible team there has to be a lot of value there. Injuries a concern but I think you can get at least a month of growth there and there’s a pretty high ceiling on what he can score given the (lack of) players around him.

Yeo is a sub risk as well
