Trading him to Powell last week was a good move for me….

Deciding between these 3 trades this week:
A) Wilson/Cadman > Thomas
B) Windsor/Reid > Dempsey
C) Billings > Powell

Thinking because it's a best 22 week, should probably get in the better scorers in options B & C. Thomas & Powell likely to increase the same in value (assuming Thomas gets a 40 and Powell gets 100), but always more tempting grabbing someone with a -ive BE

Hi scrads12

With that squad you must be doing well, what's your rank?
Maybe you should be giving the advice!
I will admit I’m doing okay but it is complete luck! Just happened to do trade the right people at the right time! Haven’t had played a fantasy game in over 10 years so I am relying on a lot of advice!

Not just the scoring, Powell gets you a keeper, so that is worth slightly less cash Gen.

Any suggestions on trades this week?

Def- Sheezel, Whitfield, Young, Yeo, D’Ambrosio, Z.Williams (Howes + Reid)
Mid- T.Green, Bont, Steele, N.Martin, Crouch, Bonner, Roberts, McKercher (Sanders, Clark)
Ruck-Gawn, Grundy (Barnett)
For- Heeney, Powell, Fisher, Jordan, Reid, Gallagher (Cadman, Wilson, Campbell)

26k in bank

Is there anyone better value than Bonner for Windhager? I'd have 170k to spare
I had Yeo in midfield because of the byes/trades
Powell if you don’t have

otherwise yup good move

All looking good!

I would be looking to get slightly ahead of the curve compared to others, I.e.
Jordon or Grundy a week early
Fisher out?

Also try to get Sanders on field - move on Crouch?

Eg Jordon down
Crouch up to a non mid Premo

Or Crouch down, Grundy to an Uber ruck ?

Wines > Touk
flipping forwards!
Fisher, Jordan, Fyfe + F6

Team Selection dependant
A. To Guarantee Jordan>Flanders next week
Fyfe> Dempsey
Windsor/Reid/Wilson/Lazz> Thomas

B. Upgrade F6
Windsor/Reid/Wilson/Lazz> Dempsey

Taylor Adams will play his first match for Sydney against West Coast this weekend
691k mid/fwd with a bye next week
A watch on him plus any Heeney/Midfield impact?

I still don't see people's rush to get rid of Grundy... if you take out the shocker in round one, he's averaging 103. English and Marshall are averaging 107, so they're not a huge upgrade, so that leaves Max with a 119 average as the real upgrade.

The other two have a higher floor (minimum 80) and also probably a higher ceiling - able to score 140+.
Also he has a bye soon (as does Gawn), so I get an extra score.

Fair enough if you have them already, but if trading Grundy now is your most pressing issue, the rest of your team must be pretty good.

I covered that Sheezel high % ownership by bringing him in last week. Can highly recommend it as a means to reducing stress. :thumbsu:
I missed Sheezal and Green but am doing OK without them.

My plan id to bring them both in after their rd12 bye as I think that is a time for non-owners to catch up.

Other rd12 players that are highly owned......Whit, Heeney, Xerri, Powell, Grundy, Roberts, McKercher.

So not having two premiums missing that round could be a big advantage

Could have a few downgrade options come next week

Graham was one I was interested in PS after some strong reports on him from Hardwick. Def/med dpp always handy too as even if he doesnt thrive it's flexibility (compared to say Hore who if he rots away there is just a roadblock) so if he looks any good and not sub ill more than likely be jumping on that next week an at minumum keeping him on my watchlist. Described as a powerful midfielder but he adapted to HB in the U18 champs.

Read Clohsey is mature aged and a "rebounding half back" who won the VFL's most promising young talent medal last year so thats not a bad wrap either.

Hoping we get to see Dowling for the Crows too so fingers crossed theres some handy downgrade options for next coupke of weeks to hit upgrade season.

Whats Wilson (St K) job security like?

Flip flopping between him and Reid as a trade out.
Reid JS as good as it gets but at least Wilson has shown a ceiling (all be it in a PS game) that could pop a score that gets cash moving better. But if he were to get dropped then that means nothing and then Reid being on the park gives him best opportunity.
