Who is he displacing from our midfield?

Nobody, but will absolutely get midfield time.

Expect CBA/stoppage attendance time to be (in order):

Neale
Dunkley
McCluggage
Ashcroft
Rayner
Levi

That is a DEEP set of midfield rotations and exclude our wings who are capable around the ball.

Inside - Neale Ashcroft Dunkley - to outside - McCluggage Bailey Wilmot Coleman Fletcher Zorko. Rayner does his thing. Levi is more inside ? Can't wait to find out.

So back to my original post, Levi starts off as a small forward or half forward.

That doesn’t preclude him from playing minutes on ball, but he probably doesn’t play more than 50% game time as a genuine mid.

I'd expect him to play HFF/Mid and maybe get 20% game time on the ball in year one. Something tells me we'll see a few games where he goes ham with his brother to win us a game or two. We've got the flexibility to give others more time on the ball. Wouldn't surprise me if - in situations like that - we use Neale behind the ball more. Loved what he was able to do drifting back in the GF.

I agree, pretty much covers my thoughts. That’s how he played in his bottom age years at Sandi.

The freedom Washcroft gave him to do that was a factor in our dominance, IMO.

Having two of that is mind boggling.

Watching Gettable Twomey put up who was invited to the draft and had both Levi and Sam as being invited by all clubs meaning both should be first round picks

He mentioned Freo as a likely team to nominate Marshall if not one of the NSW teams as most likely to bid
Concerning if Marshall is bid on that early. Could send us into deficit and make it more difficult to get the points for Annable.

Levi is apparently likely to be bid on at pick 3 at the earliest according to Twomey he also said he expects clubs to chase both our early picks I feel the club will find picks to match both bids

Probably depends if North keep 2.

It was a tactic specifically for the grand final if Zork was tagged so we lost drive from the back half. Lachie spoke about it somewhere. Very clever. Doubt we use it much next year.

I think it's less to do with us using it often and more to do with the depth our midfield has to allow us to use our two time Brownlow winning inside mid as a loose man down back when needed. Will really transforms this midfield. Scary good if they can all stay fit.

Question take Day out we have 5 picks counting Joyce and Craven as rookies so we're able to take 4 picks at the draft yeah?
Lets say: 4. Ashcroft, 24. Marshall, 56. Urquhart, 71. Gallop
Taking out Day, Joyce, and Craven out of the equation, we have 3 list spots, not 4. It's why we had to trade Picks 60 and 66 last week.

Are you sure Joyce and Craven even though I'm not massive fan of either are Rookies we have delisted 6 players of our Senior list we have 6 picks not sure Rookies count as senior list spots are we going an extra 2 rookies next season?

The major reason we traded 60 AND 66 is because we had 7 draft picks

Perrip is right on this point; only three draft picks, Levi, Marshall and Gallop or another kid; that’s it.

So the Club has decided to carry 2 extra rookies into next season I don't understand that it means we have 2 less senior spots available on the clubs list

can the club elevate rookies
