With no changes again we're set for a rare feat. Having the same lineup play together three or more times. Rounds 2, 3, and 4

As discussed in this thread https://www.bigfooty.com/forum/thre...actly-the-same-line-up-play-together.1215684/

When the thread was written in 2019 it had only happened just over 300 times compared to over 30,000 for once or twice.

It's also possible this is the first time it's happened with a 23 man lineup.

Hey guys,

Apologies for the intrusion.

Firstly, good luck for this week and the rest of the season.

Just wondering if anyone here is going to this week's match? I'm trying to secure four tickets for the WB v Geelong match and it's being played immediately after your game.

For those of you who may be attending the Fremantle v Carlton match and don't plan on remaining for the WB v Geelong match, I'd be keen on purchasing tickets off you (provided I can secure four) and I'd be prepared to purchase tickets off you at full price (effectively this will mean you can attend the Freo v Carlton match for free).

Please hit me up with a PM if you're kindly able to assist. :)
May be able to help.
PM me.

Old bugger

Did you cop the cain?
I got the strap at Aquinas. 100s of times and sometimes 10 on each hand for one misbehavior. I got suspended a couple of times too. One particularly sadistic boarding supervisor would strap us across the arse. That was early-mid 80's.

those were the days. My bro's teacher (whose brother and sis were in Hudu Gurus btw) threw a chair at a kid. He deserved it.

We used to have the teachers smoke in the (shared) toilets while we were in there. Miss the aroma of winnie blues in the morning.

Last few pages were entertaining reading.

Aquinas, maybe a 'yuppie' joint in comparison to government schools but its known as the Pleb college out of the PSA league (Scotch and Christchurch on the other hand.)

Sort of hate the PSA system in WA it's too tryhard Melbourne and some schools interfere with the WAFL colts/combined squads by not allowing their students to play. Aquinas never did but Wesley were crybabies, let the kids play as much footy as they want (at least for East Freo area). I think Colts is a level above PSA footy anyway and hopefully it stays that way. Allows kids in government schools a pathway to work their up and get noticed.

I remember seeing those chalk board cleaning blocks get lobbed at kids playing up too,

I’ve never followed the PSA or the WAFL colts but I do recall Neil Erasmus looking like Wayne Carey in all of his PSA footage from his draft video.

I used to be terrified when teachers did that to other kids in my class

We may have to lower our expectations.
AFL mean business.
VFL old boy Stevic has been selected as expected
I look forward to Carlton getting a nothing free kick at the first Centre bounce & as soon as the ball goes inside 50 whichever of McKay & Curnow is closest to goal being given the ball for holding. Rinse & repeat.

I’m very curious when did the Hoodoo Gurus have a female member?
