I would've gone Butters as captain over Rozee, but i'm okay with Rozee too and i'm expecting him to have a better year next year.

Who knows exactly what the reasons were for choosing Rozee, but the failure for Butters to commit long term must've been a factor.

But the decision has been made now and any conversations about reversing that decision is way too premature.
