I mean sources aside it’s common sense. He’s broken his arm, takes like 6 weeks minimum, there’s 9 games left of regular season.
I'm certain there's form with Eagles players returning earlier with special approval from the AFL to wear splints on their forearms. Darling and Lecras spring to mind but I can't find much from a quick google.

Edit: Looks like Lecras missed 1 game and Darling 3.

I think he broke his arm against Ethan Hughes from memory too

Ok, I accept that, it's just that I've never heard an AFL player or even WAFL player for that matter call another AFL player 'shit'. They know what they've gone through to get to that level. You called someone that you obviously disagreed with a couch critic and then did the same thing about a day later. I just used your same words. Even if you have played footy at a high level, I'm not sure that gives you more right to call players shit anyway. You should understand more than the average punter.

I think Brian Peake played in the 1977 WAFL G F two weeks after suffering a forearm fracture. Was stabilised with a plate I think. Probably wouldn’t/shouldn’t happen these days.
Sadly Easts lost to Perth by 12 goals.
Treacy to CHB.
