I’d suspect we go for a stop gap this year and move on on Lewis next year once he’s out of contract.
Lewis is contracted until the end of 2026.

I’m still holding out hope for Darcy Fogarty.
Apparently McCluggage on his own wouldn't satisfy them either; we'd have to add in a second rounder which is what some were saying too. And they're being serious. I mean IDK what Lewis has ever done, but they have a massively inflated opinion on his worth with some of what they're banding around. One of their ITK's linked Lewis with Brisbane.
General tone of the discussion here is that Hawthorn will want too much trade wise (and we have minimal assets we'd want to trade) and he's a big risk injury wise. Discussion on the Hawks board is they want both Ashcroft's, two firsts, Lohmann and priority access to the sons of Brisbane legend Luke Hodge who are rightfully in our academy.
Kelly will end up at Freo I believe so a good opportunity for Dev to get into Eagles midfield mix.Still don't think he'd be best 22. They have Yeo and Kelly as experienced bodies then the young guys they'll want to pump games into
I think his best bet is to be in a situation where he is now and be experienced depth at a finals team and hope to get a game
We’ve gotta be prepared to see Morris regress next year. Particularly if he’s getting better defenders. Henry Smith looks a likely type so I can see him doing a job and getting better as the year progresses. If he can clink marks he will kick 30+ goals in the year if he plays 20 games.
Yeah, it wouldn't bother me if Sharp moved on. I just don't see it with him, whereas Jaxon Prior above all those being discussed is the one I don't want to lose because he belongs at the level. I've said for years that I just don't get it with Sharp and would happily move him on if it gets him more opportunity elsewhere.Sharp has never really shown much from a footy perspective IMO, great athlete but lacks the skills to be a first team player. Handy depth and a freak athlete though
Brisbane can’t replace Joe, they can only introduce another forward who will play a role, and support the existing forwards.This.
Joe took out a best defender every week. So we don't just lose Joe, the opposition essentially gets a bonus defender each week.
Can't know how it will play out, but I expect a regression. Might be the year our players to get a longer rest/off season.
Their list manager confirmed their interest. Their list is a shambles. So many spuds. They’ll see Dev as a potential Keays like inclusion.West Coast just picked up Jack Graham, a superior option than Dev

I agree. Also believe that Reville is ahead of Sharp, as are Fletcher, McKenna, and Prior. I can’t see Sharp having enough upside to get a game next year.Yeah, it wouldn't bother me if Sharp moved on. Yep. They are so far off it. Can never be a bad thing getting someone like Dev in to that squad. Losing a lot of experience. They won't want to give us much though. And their third pick is 62, will they get other picks in?Their list manager confirmed their interest. Their list is a shambles. So many spuds. They’ll see Dev as a potential Keays like incl
With a full pre season Beecken probably goes past him as wellI agree. Also believe that Reville is ahead of Sharp, as are Fletcher, McKenna, and Prior. I can’t see Sharp having enough upside to get a game next year.
