I’ve always paid the full amount up front over the phone. That’s how I know I haven’t accidentally selected an auto renewal option. They have my correct email and my phone number. The amount was deducted without any warning.I am on auto renewal and have been for over 10 years. Each year i get an email (or previously a letter) saying what the memberships entail how much they are going to cost and when the first payment is to be deducted, usually end of Oct.
Do you guys with this issue not get some correspondence from the club?
Seems strange.
