Taking my elderly mum for the first time in ages. Used to upgrade our GA member tickets but ticketek member upgrade still asks for barcodes ? No codes or numbers on my card work
Anyone got any suggestions?
Pretty sure you can get this via the app and your digital membership. If you don't use that I'm guessing fastest way would be to just call or email the club getting them to confirm the numbers.

But how many have received their membership card. Paid early October and still waiting. Contacted them twice recently with the last response being “ you will have for Saturday’s game”. If it doesn’t turn up, I’ll go and pay at the gate then seek a refund.

It doesn’t matter what time or day this club plays our supporters are full of excuses and everyone knows this from the AFL to the media.
I would love to see high 20k this week but unfortunately it will be about 18k.
Then next week Good Friday if our club gets out numbered by Carlton Supporters on our only big time prime time match then watch everyone come after us.
You think after Covid this club and it supporters would be more tighter and stronger. Ur guess not as long as the Token Gestures,Bittom Feeders and Excuses Makers are Happy then good for you.
I will be there this Saturday and Good Friday and every game after I love this club unlike some here.

If my daughter and I have reserved seats, how does a 'guest pass' work? Do they actually get to sit with us, or will seats near us also likely be reserved?

The ticketmaster system is really unclear about this.

I could be wrong but I think I believe I read on here that reserved seat holders don't get an option for a guest pass now.

Best case scenario though would be you all end up in a reserved bay whilst your reserved seat remains empty.
 
Got my membership pack today
Just wondering as I got 3 packs
1 had my card with the barcode on it
2nd was the same as the 1st except no barcode
3rd was for my grandson who is no longer a member as he hates football, his had no barcode
He still has his AFL membership

I’ve given it a go, keeps coming up with this… I’ll give the club a buzz in the morning but thanks anyhow.

Do you have another email that the app might prefer? That’s what happened to me, I could log into the app with my email but it didn’t show any tickets.

I tried my wife’s phone, logging in with her email. On her phone I got the same message you got “somethings gone wrong”.

I then tried her email on my phone, which is obviously how I used it last year, and the tickets etc were there.

Nah I’ve only ever had the one email attached to my membership - I probably should have checked this much sooner then two days out 😂
 
Pet sitting? Are you one of the people on MFS? It’s all becoming clear.
Have no idea what MFS is and not sure what is becoming clear to you. I starting looking after peoples dogs after I sadly lost my beautiful boy unexpectedly nearly 2 years ago.
