Here's my view on who got better roster.

QB - Commanders by massive margin
RB - Eagles by a more massive margin than qb
WR1 - Commanders just
WR2 - Eagles by alot
TE - Even goedart more talented but ertz had much better year a
LT - Eagles huge margin
LG - Eagles huge margin
C - Commanders
RG - Eagles only cause Cosmi is injured
RT - Eagles massive margin

Now the defense

Pass rushers - Eagles
Interior DL - Commanders
Outside LB's - Commanders
MLB - Even mainly cos of wagner experience vs braun's talent
CB1 - Commanders just
CB2 - Eagles
Slot Corner - Eagles
FS - Eagles
SS - Even

P - Eagles
K - Commanders only cause Elliott had some misses lately

Coaching - Hands down Commanders.

So that give me

Eagles - 11
Commanders - 8
Evens - 3

Not as bad as I thought it be.

Well itd have to be you considering Chad has proudly plastered his real photo a million times on here

Given all that stuff you've sent people about your fear of doxxing over the years, this is a crazy line for you to be taking.

McLaurin over AJ Brown is wild though, even though I think he's a very good player. Interior DL difficult as well, Jalen Carter is the best player on either team at that position. MLB a wash? Zach Baun's the all pro. Etc.

But QB is a significant gulf, escalated if Hurts can't run.

a) wouldnt say fear of, just think it's low to if people arent comfortable or unwilling or never intended to be visible.

b) for the record, as bizarre as it seems, it's true that infamous incident. Sven knew years before i came forth.

c) btw wasnt a doppleganger, guy didnt have an accent a flaw. Ironically, all this time of secrecy, i look like billy the kid, why it used to be my avatar...crooked face, crooked nature and all.

d) above all, the recent comment was just jokes to break up the monotony of you two going at it, not to be taken so seriously to get your shirt ruffled over.

I agree there is no way McLaurin is better than AJ, and I love McLaurin. Id also give the Eagles a slight win on the interior d line. Allen and Payne have been more reputation than production the past two years.

However, Wagner is still very good and done it for a very long time. Can understand that being a wash.

So here's the thing.

I tend to agree that AJ Brown probably should be ranked higher than McLaurin.

However...

It's probably difficult to actually judge because this is the first season McLaurin's had a good QB. If he had even average QB play for the majority of his career maybe it would be a different story.

I do think McLaurin is a better route runner and better contested catch than Brown, but I think Brown is a better (and more traditional) "number one" receiver.

Our defensive line has been downright poor. Philly's shits all over us, as evidenced by how good Philly are against the run and how god-awful Washington are.

Not sure on centre either, we haven't really had a drop off there

Look, GG, you do know that there's not a single person on the planet that believes that story of yours, right?

Yeah left that alone, I'm not going to pretend I know a tonne about OL of opposition teams. I know the names of players and what position they play, who are graded as the top ones at their position etc but I've got no idea beyond that.

Yeah, I don't think Biadaz, or however its spent is bad, just that we actually didn't have much of a drop off if any from late career Kelce to Jurgens. I think Jurgens is probably already a top 5 C in the league.

Here's my view on who got better roster.

Here's mine:

QB - Commanders
RB - Eagles (by a LOT)
WR1 - Eagles (just)
WR2/3/4 - Eagles (by a LOT)
TE - About even. Slight edge to Goedert

Entire OL - Eagles by a LOT

OLB/Edge - Eagles
DL - Eagles
MLB - About even. Slight edge to Eagles but Commanders group is under-rated.
CB1 - Commanders
CB2 - Commanders (just - Sainristil is VERY under-rated and deserved to be in DROY conversation)
Safetys - Eagles

P - Commanders
K - Crapshoot. Elliot and Gonzalez have both made difficult kicks and missed easy kicks so who knows

Coach - Quinn by a MILE. Sirianni is awful.
Coordinators - Hard to say. Fangio is great. Moore sucks. Whitt is good and Kliff has been good. But it's kind of still early days weirdly.

Fans - Commanders by a LOT. We never threw batteries at Santa.

I get frustrated with him but his record is just about the best of any coach in their first 4 years.

I don't think it's fair to say he's 'awful'.

Correct. I've said all along I don't rate Hurts highly. Remember last week when I was saying I don't have him as a top 10 QB in the NFL?

I also said the Eagles don't need him to be a top 10 QB to win games because you're designed around the run with the best RB in football.

It's subjective but I think with a better Coach the Eagles would be a lot better than they are. Which is scary.

Yes, so why does McLaurin get adjusted up against Brown on QB play?

AJ Brown out there putting up 1500+ yard seasons with bad QB play could only elevate him.

Sure - is he any worse than Dan Campbell though? He's far from perfect but we've already been to a SB and we've got a decent shot at another one.

That doesn't happen if you're an awful head coach.

Saying Terry is a better contest catch than AJ like it's a sure thing is a bit out there mate. Even at best I reckon, I might even give and edge to AJ honestly.

I think McLaurin is more comparable to Devonta Smith honestly. He might be a bit better but if Devonta was a teams #1 with no competion for targets like McLaurin has been I think people would think he is a better player than what they do now, same goes for someone like Jaylen Waddle and Tee Higgins also.
