No one knows what Ben Johnson is like as a leader and manager of men. He's a mad scientist on O, but os he better suited to be an OC than a HC? Mike McDaniel vibes, who I cant stand as HC.

Johnson at Raiders you hope (for them) turns out good, but I have a sneaking suspicion he might be a Mike McDaniel, let's hope kot another Josh McDaniels.

And nah, I'm all Steel (and Fin) now.

Thats the one reservation I have. Hes not exactly a very inspiring energetic kind of leader in the bits ive seen and heard from him, fairly quiet and comes off a bit arrogant. I think hes more Kyle Shanahan than Mike McDaniel though.

Maybe a better story at the Vears than at the Raiders i feel. They have a good D, good QB and playmakers. But more stability there. At Raiders, with zero talent/QB/D it could be ugly for him for a year or two and then players hating his personality (say) and then Davis having to press reset yet again
