Some people are extra susceptible to extra concussion after a big one.

He was in the protocol for almost 3 weeks after the last one

Look personally you should be able to challenge PI's but many don't agree with that, it has always been my view you should though. However there was a tug of the jersey there, that was a lot less soft than many that are called
