Sloppy first half but a professional win in the end. Left a bit of % out there unfortunately, but did what we had to do.

All of our underdone boys will be better for that run. The team will continue to slowly grow as some important pieces come back and find their feet. This should be the platform to build and launch towards finals, just like it was last season.

Down back, poor old JW is obviously injured but he did his job, others stood up & Saad just gets it all organised.

Cripps beaut, Walsh needs a new pair of boots, Newman, Hewett, Acres solid.

Loved TDK's 1 ruck effort, how good did our forward line function without 3 talls clogging things up.
Think Walsh must have been instructed to choose the handball option over kicking in the second half.(every time he goes the long kick, my hearts in my mouth)

Really liked holland and Williams rotating through the middle today ..be interesting when cerra fit does he replace a Hewitt or Kennedy as Kennedy has played great as lockdown lately..
TDK makes us better at ground level - boys just have to keep learning to rove to him and harry seems mentally better being able to have a run around ..
Motlop will make us better at ground level hopefully he fills his boots at VFL

Not sure of the stats but looked like another dominant game by Cripps

He's absolutely humming lately, moving across the turf brilliantly, doing Cripps things but IMO has significantly improved his outside game.
