Imo in finals you'll have teams being able to sustain their intensity for longer which would make it difficult to overcome a large deficit. Also the added pressure of a final impacting on decision making & skill execution.

I don't want us to be more than 3 goals behind at the end of the 1st quarter.

I would rather us be 3 goals in front at quarter time,no more of these slow starts.

Idea is he could provide a bit of leadership to the kids that maybe Steele lacks. Harsh, I know.
Also the “point to prove” vibe if he makes the move. I guess we’re not going by much on this.
I still seriously rate him.
