Georgia on track to have as many as 80% of the total number of votes cast last election, cast early this election.

And votes cast so far are 56% by women.

And Trump is already screaming about cheating in Pennsylvania, so we know the numbers GOP are getting from there aren't good.

I still worry about the election, but if it's a comfortable win, then it's a Harris win imop.

I think she thrashes him in popular vote.

The problem is that's a self fulfilling prophecy.

But MAGA will only accelerate the wealth divide, with their social spending cuts, gutting of Obamnacare, tax cuts for the rich, insane deficit spending, inflationary policies and a cabinet of self interested billionaires and project 2025 roadmappers.

So the people aren't going to get it much better any time soon no matter what. It does not make both sides equal tho.

don't seem to be too far away from seeing voters being coerced at gunpoint on how to vote. a deep fear of election fraud masks an acceptance of it for one's own purposes, because our side winning is the greater good.

X has been asked by Georgia State Secretary to take down fake videos of voting fraud especially one that is showing a 'voter' with six forms of identification, nothing happened, they are still out there. X has since been asked by Election authorities to take them down. There are numerous examples of this on X.

The words used by Trump in the video shown were spoken. They were dangerous irrespective if used out of context.

elon doesn't care what or how he foments. no disagreements there about his lack of integrity.

i'm not bothered if people want to criticise any clip of trump's words, edited or not. but we could argue that trump's words were made more dangerous by editing the clip. if we're of the opinion that his most ardent supporters lack a lot of agency, and it often seems that's the case when they want to do stuff like string up mike pence, then removing any nuance helps stoke that danger, surely?

this isn't to say he couldn't have used a better analogy. he could have made his point without any violent imagery. maybe he knew that's the only thing his supporters would identify with. who knows.
