I think he’s worded it poorly (as I’ve stated already), but I get what he is trying to say. It’s a hypothetical in that she wouldn’t like being on that front line with guns pointed at her. But she’s happy to send others there whilst she’s in her comfortable office.

Your assumption here is that Trump can reasonably judge someone else for not serving and still sending others to conflict zones. And that he has not made other troubling remarks about using the military against domestic opponents.

I get what you are saying, he didn't outright say that she should be executed, but it's not just poor wording while making an honest point (coming from him).

One day somebody was in official photos beside Stalin, the next they never existed and the photo was doctored to remove them. George Orwell in 1984 said it best “The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command”.

We see the same with MAGA, the rejection of evidence in favour of belief in the leader. For instance try to prove that the US economy is in doing great with facts about economic figures, rejected because the leader says otherwise.

I agree. I don’t like assumptions though. We are now just assuming there was malice in what he said because he has said in the past that he would use the military against opponents. I wouldn’t have a clue how this would even be legal..? Is it even possible for him to demand that and get his way?

Odd or not odd, just take a look at how it’s been used over X and in the mainstream media. I know people will say meh, who cares, because of who it is.
People actually now think he’s calling for her to be executed / to be killed. It’s pretty cooked.

Here is a perfect example, two articles right on top of each other. One makes sense, the other is ridiculous.

Of all the misinformation in US politics, and especially the alternate realities being peddled by Team Trump, you choose to focus on a quote which has been ever-so-slightly shifted from context.

Change it up and focus elsewhere I reckon.

I think it's more important to judge him on thinking that way, rather than whether he would get away with it / be able to do it.

Just like his actions after the 2020 election.

There is no place for people who think that way in a democracy.
