Basically no health care for women, obstetricians and gynaecologists are fleeing red states with strict abortion bans in droves, no vaccines, think of those childhood illnesses, no health care for the poor and disabled except sunshine, prayers and meditation. Of course I am sure neither Trump Elon or their cronies will lose access for themselves to high standard medical care.
Well, it will save money, as the serfs will die by the millions and god help them when the next pandemic hits.

Depends how you look at it. Thus far he’s only won 2016, and smashed 2018 mid terms, lost 2020 and underperformed 2022 (still a Trump election as he is the Republican Party now).
