Came down to the wire and traded Hollands to XLinsday so I’ll take that as a win.

damn, glad i kept him. I agreed with your thoughts but he looked so slow and uninterested next to the TDK show. Meek has to be the biggest mistake I have done in DT history (and i have been playing for a few years).
Got my eye on a few options this weekend for the Day cash out next week
Might bring in Callaghan,
Tommy Powell if he really is legit this season
Or my preseason starter who I swapped out for Day in Richards
There’s a few nice options in that price range and they won’t be out of reach, the 1m might be out of reach but then again i haven’t used my second trade yet this week so some cash may be banked

hope for a drop or very small price rise from either X or Gawn and go up to them? That is what I'm hoping to do, 2 rounds to late!!!
Same boat with Finlayson, Taylor > Lashcroft, Finlayson > Rankine. Means I have to keep Ash and run an extra rookie on field.
Day is certainly a worry, although take out the 5FA and he scores a 90
Taking TDK's 107, it's on the low end but I don't have any confidence that the alternatives will beat that by much.

I thing keeping Ash could actually be a blessing in disguise.
Pretty pissed about Finlayson but I’m lucky it’s best 18. I am deciding to get rid of Taylor ahead of Finlayson this because of two reasons
1: the rookie that will be replaced on field is going to be Davidson instead of Reid
2: the prise rise of SDK is going to be substantially higher than Rankine so I won’t be able to go to SDK next week
Finlayson > Rankine should only cost be about 2.5k (ranks shouldn’t go up that much)
And Day > Callaghan/Powell but most probably Callaghan, with his run and I want as less r12 bye players as possible.
If anyone has any other ideas please let me know or if anyone thinks I’m making the wrong trade!

Weather was a weird one, wet as hell then got dry right as game started. Sorry I told you to hold him. Meek has only had one good game so far and it's been against a cooked Grundy. Definitely time to jump off him.

To be fair Day had no preseason/was injured alot of last year and has had alot of attention to start this year

Yeah people just wanted him to score more, but i was originally going to trade him after his good run (R10) but i didn't have as many problems and it would let me restructure to get Lindsay onfield so i saw it as a positive to trade this week.
TDK robbed of a +9 opportunity (not to mention Blues robbed of 4 points)
