I still think it's crazy that halfway through last year the 3 players in the afl on the absolute top of our dream wish list were Bolton, Warner and Kozzie, and we've already got one and now seem to be a very real chance of getting 1 more, and possibly even all 3
I know I keep harping on about this but really, there is just zero chance we are getting all three.

It's actually too many goal kickers IMO. I'd rather Switta in over Sturt if we had Pickett. It might be just like Fritsch, but the Dee's dont also have Treacy, Amiss and Bolton

You can never have too many goal kickers. Especially when spread over a range of different heights. Look at Brisbane and how many threats they had across smalls, mediums and talls. The best way to put pressure on a defence is from making them nervous and converting opportunities.

People talk about defensive pressure from forwards but being dangerous stops backs from zoning off. Making it difficult from the other team to transition.

We might be able to get all three, but somebody good would have to go.

Hearing that Ultan Kelm had told his club Fermanagh that he will be available to play for them next year which means no Ultan for us.

This is so weird, wonder what happened this time round

Feels a waste to have an empty Cat B spot now

Edit:

FERMANAGH manager Kieran Donnelly has received a boost with the news that ace forward Ultan Kelm will be on board for next season.Gaelic Life can confirm.

The Erne Gaels man was linked with a move to AFL club Freemantle Dockers but it’s understood he won’t now be making the switch ‘Down Under’ and will be available for the Erne County.

It comes after news that Callum Jones and Conor McShea won’t be available after Enniskillen Gaels duo’s decision to take a year out to go travelling.

Donnelly, who was at the helm for Ulster in the inter-provincial series, will be have Kelm available for any part of an attacking plan.

After relegation with Kildare last season, Fermanagh will operate in Division Three alongside Antrim with Steven Poacher (Leitrim) and Mickey Harte (Offaly) adding to the Ulster theme.

Fermanagh’s first game is a trip to Kildare in Newbridge on Saturday, January 25 followed the visit of Antrim the following week.

Bravo sir. All my years on this planet and I have never before seen the word 'keepyoff' written in text.

What is the consensus of how to spell this fun activity? Is it keepyoff as OG suggests or is it something else? Two words perhaps.
Keepyoff
Keepy off
Keepy-off
Keepieoff*
Keepie off
Keepie-off

*nah to weird lookin'

(Let's not google and just go with our hearts.)
Out of order Ge3ks...
As you note I am the first to bring that fun and bullying game to print!
I get to choose the spelling!
Cool your revisionism!

booo. what a soft ****.

Zero sympathy for the Dees. If a player asks out - for family reasons no less - and you decide to keep them against their will then dont act surprised if they are disgruntled.

Had they tried and been unsuccessful in getting a reasonable deal thats one thing but they flat out refused.

You cant hold a player against their will and act surprised if it has a negative impact on said players morale.

And if he played the good soldier it would only embolden the Dees to do the same thing next offseason (hold him to contract).

They could have avoided this situation by donating Kozzie to the Flagmantle '25 movement. They did this to themselves
