With Freo having a nice bye I might double up on Serong and Brayshaw. Can see him two beating up on a lot of teams if Young gets the tag.

And both he and Serong hardly miss a game as well.......huge bonus having players on the park consistently.
Brayshaw 90 and Serong 89 games over the past 4 seasons.

I'll be starting Daicos, probably the only opening round player In the initial team. I just can't pass him up and think he'll go to another level in '25.

Has the bye in round 3, I would love to start him as well but not at $670k and having a bye the second game of the season.

Using a rookie to fill in for a reasonable ~50 is not that bad considering his ceiling. Last year I think I started with 3 of the campaigners, so worth a punt on a player of Daicos' calibre.
Every Kent at the start are priced super high.
Tom Green is a great price. Shame about the bye.
How do you know he's a great price.....have they released the prices for 2025...

It takes Tom Green 40 touches to get a ton. Very frustrating to watch and own. Much rather picked a KOD player.

To get a rough idea as to what a player will cost you multiply the previous seasons average by 5500.
For example:
Tom Greens average last season was 106.6.
106.6 x 5500 = $586,300
At least I hope that’s right, as my whole teams starting structure depends on it
Just look at player averages from last year. Will be able to tell whos good value.
