Anyone know when training will be open to public ?
Not sure officially but I would pencil in Sat, Dec 14th as the annual final open-training session of the year. (last year it was Sat, Dec 16th)

Metres gained is just a bad stat imo especially for inside mids. I can go out there and hack the ball 50m forward every time at the contest and be the best metres gained player ever. The very best however remain composed and dish it out to the advantage of a distributor - low metres gained directly but a far better result for the team.Reminds me of a young Hewett, without the versatility, same ish speed, solid hands, good decision maker, both very similar traits
Interesting people talk about the lack of metres gained in Hewett's game (vision is a better indicator), Lord's numbers are much lower per possession, but it's a small sample size
Great pick up for a mid season draft

Agree theyre very similar. Lord maybe a more penetrating kick. Hewett has alot more runs on the board obviously.I completely agree, but the stat (usless without vision) was being used as to why Lord should be playing in front of Hewett
Essentially they are the exact same type
No apology necessary.Didn't mean for my post to seem like an attack on you. Looks a bit harsher reading back. I just get frustrated when every player is judged on how "strong" they look. We need our small forwards to be faster and more agile. Besides the point, we've been the best contested side for the past three seasons and it hasn't brought us a premiership. It's time that we take a different view on things.
Most Richmond sessions are closed.
Yeah, he's my tip for a break out year. Just hope he gets more games. Liked what I saw late last year. The photo I saw of Moir he looks strong through the legs.
billy boyBilly Wilson is my big watch this pre season.
Matt Carroll’s injury evidently made it difficult for him to do any upper body weights too.

Happy about this. Did a lot of good things in the 2s last season. Will White from Carlton VFL invited to train for SSP role too. Small forward. Finished 3rd in best and fairest.

He's gonna make some small/medium forwards cry this year. Also, we need to have Jagga put on the same training routine and the same diet as Moo.He's a beast....it's hard to believe he's just over a year older that Jagga....

But what a catch it was!I'm sure there's more worthwhile footage...but that clip is literally just Jagga catching the footy.
I wish I had have read your post first. I watched the clip several times just to make sure I wasn’t missing somethingI'm sure there's more worthwhile footage...but that clip is literally just Jagga catching the footy.
