Feel free to slip Voss a note that reads 'PUT KEMP IN THE MIDDLE'

Newman to the wing is a bit frustrating, but I suppose he's going to need minutes there in pre-season as a fallback if we don't want to shift Hollands much next season.

I'm hoping Jagga and Walsh are the first choices to rotate with Acres.
Voss ain’t putting Kemp in the middle mate. While I believe he could play there, we are going to have a rejuvenated Cerra and Walsh as well as the Hollands boys pushing for minutes, possibly Doc, then factor in two quality midfield draftees, with Jagga providing an excellent POD opportunity. Hoping Kempy is prepared as a shock trooper forward as well as keeping his hand in back (hopefully in a slightly less accountable role)

Newman played a bit of wing at the Swans and is no stranger to the role. Suspect more a bit of a pre season change up to freshen Newy as well as providing opportunity to others to develop their “craft” behind the ball. Not reading much in to it.

None of that is a good reason to exclude him from stoppage drills, which will aid his forward craft given the way we tend to play.

Kudos to Binnsy
Correct me if I'm wrong but his kniock early days was his inability to endurance run? Obviously gone to work on it so well done to him 👏

Edit: So it turns out in incredibly wrong here - still kudos to him and shut up, reg 😂

He has always been an absolutely elite distance runner.

Knock was disposal and being particularly light limiting roles he could play

Pretty sure he came in touted as one of the best runners in his draft class so nah.

His knock was (and still can be) his kicking, he’s a noted runner

🤔🤔

Tom De Koning was on light duties and only marked with his left hand, after finishing last season with a foot complaint.

I've got the time, but do live a fair way away, do you know if they are training every day and roughly what times. Clearly the video from day one with the camera set up to show them all arriving is from before 7am. I know there are no guarantees, but if there is a pattern to how they are training? It might give me a better chance to being there when they are actually training. I've been to a few of the open training sessions, it's more for the kid and autograph/selfie types, I'd just like to see the team train and look at the new recruits.
Monday and Wednesday at 9am pretty likely
