Fittest I've ever seen him look.
Never left my side.
Lost a lot of weight to try and solve his injury issues.
Does that mean he'll be to light to bully other rucks?Lost a lot of weight to try and solve his injury issues.

ClearlyI did see somewhere today that he has lost 15kg. On Footywire he is listed as 111kg so it would bring him back to 96kg.
I'm no expect but they will probably work on getting some more muscle on him now and bring him up to around 100kg which is around what Xerri & Cameron are with similar heights.
Clearly
We don't need any experts anyway....X is an unknown quantity and spurt is a drip under pressure....Well lucky your here then
I think it’s so hard to pick two rucks to start no matter what. You’ve basically gotta either try get the top 2 off the bat or have a path to get the top 2.So I've seriously considered Darcy this year; he has an outstanding bye, he's a bargain compared with his best scoring potential, and with the Flex and best 22 + about a 3rd of the season best 18 there's never been a better time to have that high variance player.
I think the issue is that his ceiling just isn't as good as it was before Jackson came along. I think even if everything goes right, Jackson still takes about 30-40% of the ruck, and that limits Sean's spike games. Aside from finals, his best score since Jackson joined is 151. In 2022, he had a couple of scores above that, and in 2021, he had that amazing run. I just think that with Jackson, his average at best will be around that 110 mark, and his spike games will be 150-160 rather than the 180-190 mark - which is still very good, but if the guy breaks down you want to have a clear view of his upside. I still think he's worth consideration; there's no real premium locks in the ruck this year, in my view, so Darcy is still very relevant. I just don't think one should look at the second half of 2021 and automatically think he'll be a 120 avg ruck this year.
I had **** around with rucks too often last year going Macrae F1 and paying up for Gawn and XerriGawn
Con: 33 years old. Has a preseason injury. 670k.
Pro: it’s Max Gawn. Probably the best and most consistent SC player of the last decade.
Xerri
Con: only ever had one premo season. 645k.
Pro: young. Potentially underpriced going off his post bye form. Plays pretty much the whole game with little support / another ruck stealing points.
Marshall.
Con: flagged as playing forward
Pro: doesn’t miss games. Has back to back 112+ seasons.
Nankervis
Con: one premo season in 10 years. Overproced
Pro: someone has to score for Richmond I guess? Plenty of chances for him to get tackles
English.
Con. Concussion issue. Only one ultra premo season. Darcy could take more CB.
Pro. 20 points under his average last year. Has shown he can be not just the best ruck but best sc player overall.
Then there’s a bunch of players who have the bye like Meek, Cameron (who I actually like besides the bye), Witts and Grundy.
Then TDK and Darcy who aren’t priced as high so don’t have as much risk.
I think Xerri is pretty safe to be top 2 ruck. After that good luck picking, it’s a shame the saints got another ruckman cos Marshall was a monty for me before that.
Most of the best 22's on the WC forum don't even have him in the team.Bailey Williams (WCE) allows so much more flexibility with other positions.
So great flexibility for the C loopMost of the best 22's on the WC forum don't even have him in the team.
must be a reason why he has missed one game of West Coast's last 60.Most of the best 22's on the WC forum don't even have him in the team.
