Yes easy - you'd have to think 57-58,000 given the Tasmanian component. Well done everyone BTW, easy to drop off after a bad year - Hawthorn supporters have rallied harder than ever.

Depends on who the judges are, depends on who is in the mix, depends on the way the ball is delivered into it - it is potent but it needs to work a bit more seamlessly than what has up until now. We don't have to hit up Franky every time - check out the options first.

11. Will Cyril Rioli have a year like last?
No....he won't. Expect him to be micro managed as Clarko is very conservative with injury management. Forward line only I reckon, after all, when you run out of beer you don't open a prized bottle of Dom Perignon for one glass and then hope it's going to be OK to drink the rest tomorrow. Cyril is something you dine out on - once in a generation player.

Retirement - no, a few blokes are under the pump though.

Forward - rule changes have blunted his effectiveness in the backline. Love to see him take the opposition 'quarterback' and nullify that player - could be the most influential player in the league if he could accomplish that role.

Competitions for a place in the team will be intense - want him to make it, but I want them all to make it. Will have to find a niche and ATM the only niche I can see is a run with role.

Maybe, but by the end of the season it will be totally forgotten about.

Judd or Goodes - who really cares? Disappointing that the premier individual award in the game does not reflect a players worth.

Strap yourself in for the ride - it may be a bit bumpy at times in the first half of the season, but after that we will be coming home with a very wet sail.

Market, I was meaning to ask you if you wanted this thread locked on the eve of round one? Then we could revisit it at the conclusion of the season and judge who was closest to the mark. Perhaps some sort of prize could be scrounged up for the winner. Plus considerable bragging rights.
