Its clear that we took Sam at pick 1 because we could take Hotton at our 3rd pick.
I doubt there will be much between Hotton and FOS in the years to come.
Lalor has that point of difference that non of the other high end mids had either.

What scares me is that Hotton relies on his agility, an as someone whose torn his right acl, twists and turns, sharp pivots and spins, are hellacious for an ACL.

It creates an insane strain on the knee, and for the way he plays, and the highlights I've seen, his agility, pivots, turns, sudden movement are his strengths.

Ben Sharpedo or whatever his name is, has a lot of responsibility with this kid. We could get the best player in the draft or a mark coughlan 'what if' story
