The winning difference in those last 10 mins was piss poor shots at goal and a missed free kick to Mase.

You can always point to lots of individual incidents in close losses, e.g. I though Mason was robbed of three marks today; the advantage rule killed us (more than the two obvious ones), etc. But these incidents are always going to occur in games.

However, if our main ruckman at least breaks even in terms of impact over the course of the game, we win today. He didn't. Obviously.

Shithouse,

Again.

About shithouse game no. 60 in the last 3 seasons.
What are you talking about Pykie? Goldy kept Nankervis to 18 Disposals. He was Huge! Anyways I thought that Goldy's 11 Pressure Acts far outweighed Nankervis' game high 28 Pressure Acts. And shit the 48 metres he gained for the Mighty NMFC nearly won us the match. 284 metres gained for Nankervis? Turn it up! And gee those 2 marks Goldy took reminded me of Gary Dempsey. If Goldy grew a Mo you wouldn't know the difference. :stern look

Thought he was disappointing.

Ruck work has been ok. But other teams know he doesn't like the physical stuff and are buffeting him. When a bloke that size should be the one throwing his weight around and opening space for team mates. Just isn't giving us much around the ground.

I must be watching another player.

I'll agree to him not being at his best but he in no way is responsible for us losing or been poor this year. Average at times but the way people are carrying on you would think that he had had a touch or a tap all year.

We won the hit outs and clearances today - god help is if he was actually terrible.

Amazing how a player can stink it up for so long and keep getting a game.
I knew that article during pre-season blaming “personal issues” for Goldys poor form was a load of s##t.

**** Up Idiot. As Scotts predicted, Goldy is back to his best. :stern look

Having an average Goldsteing has its positives.

Instead of expecting gold service tap outs, our mids can actually develop and win their own ball in the middle which has been happening this year.

Goldy has completely lost his nerve. There are moments in game when he knows what he should be doing but psychologically he makes the decision not to do it. Physically he is still capable but his mind has effectively ended his career. I wouldn’t play him again.

The real question Tef is:- would Todd know the meaning of Staunch?......we are discussing him as a footballer here.

I struggle to see how you arrived at this question, much less how I would answer it.

Okay, here's my answer:

It's an absurd allegation that isn't worthy of a response. Todd may have his faults, but not having a crack isn't one of them.
