Guess it happens when the players think you are all in then all of a sudden don’t sign on the dotted line.

They might all be “mates” at the club but they have friends outside of the club as well and deciding to leave for more money (due to lack of wins etc) and you bail to a club that is just as shit just goes to show.

All this media crap with MaGoo was about how he had only won 7 games in X amount of time and how that would be draining etc etc etc and why he would want out, yet here he is going to a team that hasn’t played a finals in 7000 days

Having said that getting pick 3 for defender who can't kick, can't turn and is suspect in a zone defense seems like they greatest overs we have ever been paid for one of our players....

So he’s going finally. Goodness me such a drawn out saga.

I feel no different today about Magoo than I thought when he was with us.

I am though relieved he won’t be guarding grass for us again. He is good at it though.

I recall being told about our attempt to turn him into a ruck. Had the midfield in stitches with his NFI approach to that. That idea was soon shelved.

Poor old David Loader told the club he couldn’t coach him, apologised as it was his fault. Suggested someone else should have a go.
Wasn’t his fault at all.

I’m of the opinion at his size 200cm 100kgs he should have been a ruck/fwd. and we got a half- arsed dude that mooched around the backline. Took the easy option. * fans will eat him alive imo.

We will run off him when we play. If he plays against us that is.
Possible injury, similar to how he never played against his brother in seven long years.

They've played in finals, they just haven't won any in almost 20 years.

Yep, if you leave it with the players it leaves it open for a "popularity" vote, something I'm not entirely comfortable with.
