All you need to know about his attitude and application is the fact he chose Essendon over Hawthorn and Sydney. He took the easy option. No need to move intestate with Sydney, which would have been by far the best option football wise. The other problem with moving to Sydney is that they don't mess around. Especially their defenders. Not sure he would survive. Hawthorn, with the way they play, would have suited him too. But probably didn't want to drive out to Waverley every day. Essendon, no need to move house, probably a similar if not shorter drive to the club. And once you are in Brad's good book, and in the team....we all know you aint getting dropped.
