I'm pretty sure I can whip up something that will get weight on him.

Our first has to be gone or we've learnt nothing from how we handled LMacPrized North Melbourne next generation academy star Tarryn Thomas to play VFL this weekend

NORTH Melbourne will unveil its prized next generation academy star this weekend, with classy first-round draft prospect Tarryn Thomas to face Werribee in the VFL.
As revealed On The Couch, Thomas, a gun goalkicking midfielder regarded as one of the best 10 to 15 players in the upcoming AFL draft, will train at Arden Street this week ahead of his Kangaroos debut.
He has trained with the Roos before, but never played VFL for the club.
North Melbourne will have first crack at the teenager in November and likely have to bundle late picks for the Tasmanian should a rival club lodge a bid for him.
Thomas is effectively zoned to the Kangaroos as part of the AFL’s next generation academy system. He plays for Tasmanian Football League side North Launceston, which the league has zoned to North Melbourne.
The 18-year-old, who lives in North Hobart, is committed to getting drafted.
“Playing AFL has always been a goal, a dream,” Thomas told The Mercury recently.
“It is still a long way off. I’m not there yet … They keep telling me I need to out on weight. Because I am quite tall, I need to be heavier, but I just can’t do it. I am trying.”

Think it's fairly obvious that our 1st is going to poort for Polec. The machinations of potential picks swaps and such are still to play out of course. Our first has to be gone or we've learnt nothing from how we handled LMac

Does this loophole apply to Sydney ?
Can we bid on young Blakey forcing Sydney to use there first pick or not because he has elected to play for Sydney.
Would love to make them pay

They paid market value for Mills. Heeney was the rort/loopholeThem having Mills and Heeney is evidence enough that they are the masters of this loophole.
Now the first rounder is out, we just gotta cross our fingers. I think he won't get a bid. The drafts too god.

Why are we doing this and playing him for a week? This gunna fast track him? Please.
maybe he's been instructed in no uncertain terms to fumble the ball, look disinterested, drop marks, kick it out on the full at every opportunity, let players run off him, under no circumstances get out of a canter, and definitely don't lay any tackles, kick goals, or perform any 1pcters.I can imagine that every Vic club will send a scout down to watch the game. The Dodo might make an appearance in person
While TT is in a similar situation to Lmac, Luke knew he was going to be a North player from the age of 8 or 9! All Luke had to do was stay bad injury free and we would draft him. TT has only known he will be picked up by us for 2 years not 10 like LukeAmateur hour. We learnt nothing from the LMac disaster.
Anyway it may confirm all along what I have posted about TT and that he is no way a top 15 pick.
Watch him go to ground at every second contest.
I’m sure we can train that out of him and he can become a good solid footballer.

I still wouldn’t be show8ng our hand. Long way to go yet till draft day. 1 game means nothin.Perhaps because we've reached a deal on our first round pick, and wish to stick it up the opposition when when we pick him up for a combination of late picks.
Maybe they're getting him in to play real bad and drop his value? Perhaps they have learned? Or maybe, playing one game in the VFL will make absolutely no difference at all?... Us BF experts may never know.Amateur hour. We learnt nothing from the LMac disaster.
