Heard that from a reliable source , never posted it. It was tempered with things can be said and held onto in this business.

I agree though his on field exploits don't scream top ten draft pick.

Unless you see him regularly, probably hard to gauge. I think this just adds to his poor year and that is the larger reason why he has dropped. There are plenty f low possession, highly athletic players that never take the step to becoming a consistent, long term AFL player. If you had the choice of the risk versus a guy who has a little less talent but all the AFL qualities, you probably take the safe bet.

im honestly not sure if he is worth our second rounder. he is no chance for our first rounder, thats insanity. this is not a sudden change of heart. i have never rated him. i dont think he is going to make it. i have never seen him showing anything. the only time he has ever played well was in the div 2 championships earlier this year. he has never played well at u18 champs level or tasmanian league level or his one vfl game.

i think i am the only poster who thinks this way, so i could very well be wrong and i hope so. he is not an impressive junior footballer at all based on everything ive seen.

having said all this, if he becomes a north player i will support him all the way. he is certainly a good kid and tries hard.

My kid has missed a month of school this year,,,,,to play baseball in State and national champs plus a two week tournament overseas. Still close to top of his class in all subjects though! Any kid who’s good at sport is gonna miss some school ffs! Hopefully it’s just spin and not that TT thought he’d have it all handed to him on a silver platter!
