This is the second time he has hit a form slump, and when he slumps he really slumps. A bit of a roller coaster.

I’m a fan but he looks heavy and slow.

Not running on top of the ground, giving almost no drive or rebound. At his best he charges forward and is a threat to kick goals from around the arc.
Heavy and slow makes me wonder if his groin injury is back :/ he was a totally different player when he was injured in 2020.

Much better yesterday. You could see him last week trying hard to work out of a slump, but the turnovers cost goals and confidence looked shot. Backed himself yesterday and decision making was better plus attacking pinpoint kicking was back.

Best game in 2 years.

Looked to be moving a lot better.

Probably wouldn't get a game in Collingwood s backline
They had Jack Madgen play today. Think again.

There's my man.

Has been building solidly since the debacle against Melbourne.

One of a number of reasons today to think the second half of the year could be a lot of fun as something close to the best combination settles.

I'm calling quaynor, Maynard and crisp as there starting best hbfs.

Redman is not as good
Redman is better than Maynard and Crisp has played his last 20 games in the middle.

I love Redman but I’d take Maynard any day.
I think Maynard is one of the more overrated players in the AFL. Patchy defensively and a really bad kick.
