I'm baffled. Plead guilty to the throw but the throat contact was always going to hurt more and our defence; he was trying to push himself up off his neck and would have used all his strength if he wanted to hurt him, whatever that means.

They are meant for numerous repeated minor incidents to result in a suspension, I don't think the intent is to blow out every charge.
