Outside of Marsh 127 balls were bowled for 114 runs before Maxwell even came on the ground. It doesn't sound like much but when you compare it with his strike rate his batting position has probably lost us 30-40 runs which could've won the game.

And Siddle was our leakiest bowler again.

I know we won last match but the writing was on the wall to atleast make two changes in this area. It reminds of Ross Lyon making no team changes in late 2015 when the writing was on the wall to inject some youth.

The West Aussies have been our best players this series so you can pipe down a little.. was well over before Dorff had to bowl the last. This ones on the Vics if you’re looking for a state to blame. Siddle and Finch cost us this one no doubt about it. Think if we’re playing a spinner he needs to be a little more unpredictable and Siddle.. well.. pick literally any other bowler playing in the BBL at this stage..
