I woke up with one yesterday, and we've actually had some balmy weather up here lately.
He'll be fine. Plenty of water, maybe a sauna session and you're right as rain.

The club has done the right thing by making him train solo today.
Plus Stewart was crook too before the QF (even though he didn’t play in the end) and it all turned out just fine.
