just discount Gold Coast because there is something toxic up there with every club or franchise failing badly that goes there.

they were handed more concessions than anyone in AFL history, the academy kids over the years insanrely good and strong footy zone.

to do what he has done with a list with that many benefits and handouts is just a massive underachievement.
