Even tho he got out, he looked really good up until then. Taking the bowling on, pretty decent technique and so damn powerful. Difference between him and Maxwell is that Maxwell got dropped 2/3 times whereas Hilton got dropped the once l think. Gonna be really interesting who plays number 6 in the Ashes, gonna be between these 2 players. Lets at the differences shall we?

Maxwell: batter who bowls some part time off spin. Can hit the ball a mile, is an absolute gun in the field.
Cartright: batter (who averages 50) and bowls part time medium pace. Can hit the ball a mile, havent seen a big score from him yet, havent seen enough of him in the field to see how his fielding is.

If it was me, l would go with Cartright for the Ashes. If he bats in the top 6 then he is in there for primarily his batting. Maxwell only averages 40 to Cartright's 50.

A bit biased there.. Maxwell gets first go.

How am l biased? I am basing it on the person who averages the most runs. the difference between 40 and 50 is very big.
