Like Prestia I suppose......More that he isn't the outside running elite kick. So playing out of position.
Correct prestia should be played more inside where he plays his best footy, not on the outside where his kicking gets exposed. Was averaging like 8 clearances in 2014Like Prestia I suppose......
All of our players seem to be running 16km nowadays . Doesn't matter if you've got bung knees, broken fingers or even 100% fit 16 km is the benchmark set .Don't know how cooked he is. He ran 16km on the weekend (GPS), so he is up and running. Maybe out of form though, running to the wrong spots.
True, but good numbers for a big bloke who has stacked on weight. Can he play though is more the question in the long run.All of our players seem to be running 16km nowadays . Doesn't matter if you've got bung knees, broken fingers or even 100% fit 16 km is the benchmark set .
Go Jack Graham.

You've been spending too much time in the 'burbs watching the VFL, it's made you go soft. Normally a glass half empty.Of course he can

On a side note; I was speaking to a Client of mine who runs a Gym, Bootcamp's, PT's and the like. He claims that when he trains AFL Players or they do sessions in the gym that their strength, conditioning and fitness is not really that great. That no one really trains that hard during the Season as the Sport Scientist have been given too much power at the Clubs and have gone "recovery" mad.All of our players seem to be running 16km nowadays . Understand that, however he was claiming it has gone way over the top. Most of the heavy traing is during preseason.

Gym conditioning is different to game conditioning and I doubt he has trained any players during the season.

You know Matt Thomas?I know of a certain recently retired Tiger who owns a couple of his own gyms who trains the rehab group weekly.
Not Richmond ones, however he (by he I mean him personally and people he employs) has for other teams.Gym conditioning is different to game conditioning and I doubt he has trained any players during the season.
