We are a better side when Watt is playing as it allows Friritto to move up the ground and run a bit. If we don't have Watt we would have to play Gibson in that role and drop Spud back to the second tall defender. Hanson is not strong enough yet to play on a guy like Mooney. Yes he stuffs up his disposal a bit but today was his best game for a long time.

By the way Gibson got 6 kicked on him last week and Pratt had 5 kicked on him the week before.

When Watt dosected two NM players in the clear and landed the ball on Burgoynes chest in the first quarter I grimaced - he goaled and I thought that was going to be Watts standard fo the day. But he battled hard and had a reasonable game. far from our worst.

I would be thrilled as well if it meant he turned the corner but he never does.

Comes out the next month and plays like an under 10's waterboy, conceding goals and turning the ball over.

No he ****ing isnt. He is a 2nd or 3rd tall forward defender yet has to play Key defender because we dont have someone to replace him and guess what Hunter S, who might become a better option than Watt also wont be a Key defender.
