Lol let’s give Aidan corr a 5 year deal only north Melbourne would do such a thing. These people who are supposedly meant to be qualified to do a job in building a list couldn’t even organise a piss up at brewery bloody joke

And who was the dickhead who recruited him and gave him half a million dollars?

And the ****wits who put him in the leadership group after playing only 2 games at the club.

His defending would be impacted by his role and the disfunction of the back half in general, that doesn't excuse everything though and I was hoping he would have worked into better form by now. That said unless he still has major foot/toe issues he shouldn't be kicking like hot garbage quite so much.

I don't have particularly strong thoughts on his recruitment, though his leadership position (along with Turner's) does raise the eyebrows slightly.

I don't know why this thread is buried so deep. I had to use google to find it.

I was always of the opinion that Aiden was a handy third defender in a very good team but today against the giants he got plenty of the ball, used it well and smashed the ball with the fist several times. He looked a very good player which I haven't seen from him before.

The real Corr problem is his age because we are three years from being competitive butIi will be looking hard at him for the rest of the year.

Remember I hate onballers and love blokes who beat their direct opponent.

Yeah, it's not at Polec levels of "diabolical decision" but he really isn't that good from his performances this season.

I am not exactly sure what he is even elite at, he is sort of ok at lots of qualities, decent all-round backman sure, but he is nowhere near the player I was told he was going to be as a "gun" etc etc.

Maybe he can improve, I certainly hope so as McKay is much better already.

Seriously, bar 3 or 4 players has anyone been that good this year?

True. I think he has been solid, but for a pretty high priced FA I don't really see the reason why we chased him.

I don't think we would be any better or worse with him. He offers nothing offensively and is too small for the big forwards which is left to McKay (or Walkers)

Maybe i'm being harsh, I just don't know exactly what he offers us now or long term.
