why couldn't the club give him a 10 year deal ? 7 years at 1.2 mill playing and then last 3 years he goes into a coaching role /or some type of role for the club at 3 years at say 200 k a year .

I actually think North have blown it.

Pick 4 in the national draft just isn't good enough.

Realistically even if they got Martin they would be 10 years from finals so I think Dusty would be crazy to go to North.

Pretty clear to me North atm is not a destination club pure and simple!

Apparently Norf has offered Dusty Captain-Coach as well as a 7 year 1.5 mil contract.

I just can't see North as a viable option, so much so if anything I think it must be a ruse.

I actually think indirectly Martin gets more staying at RFC
