I agree with you. He is absolutely a narcissist and a con man.

I guess where we will probably differ, is that i believe all politicians are Narcissists and con men/liars/bullshit artists.

Now Trump is one of the most unashamed we've seen, but once you start seeing below the PR training and the fake shine, you realize these people are not normal. This is why i'm actually less scared of Trump in some ways...he is a visible threat....its the ones that are harder to detect and who con often larges swathes of the left that they are 'a good person' and 'he really cares' 'she's different to those republicans'.....what a croc of shit. They prey on people primitive desire for a goodie and a baddie, a devil and a saviour, a cop and a robber....and that is what is destroying the fabric of society by creating division.

While many can be wolves in sheep’s clothing, I think it’s disingenuous to say every politician is.

I tend to judge more on actions than words. If Trump just said crazy shit and didn’t follow up on it, I wouldn’t be so concerned, but we have had long enough to know that he isn’t just “joking” with his rhetoric.

He is a case of the cure being far worse than the current disease of corporate run American politics.

Which of course is equivalent to trying to strongarm state officials to "find" votes, create several schemes of fraudulent electors, and sending thousands of people to try and prevent the lawful, legitimate certification of results (read: overturn the will of the people).

Your world doesn’t fall apart when a ‘flip of a coin’ event transpires. Just today it was reported that Pelosi advised Biden they won’t control the House, should he continue to seek re-election. This is consistent with Schumer’s ‘heart to heart’. Democrats certainly have contingency plans in place.

Many were saying the threat of overturning roe v wade was hyperbole and tin foil hat stuff, yet here we are.

Was also considered hyperbole to think a violent mob would attack the capitol Jan 6 2021, yet that happened.

Thing is people on the right, and many others who just take a cursory view of things normalise all these events that they would have found shocking and unthinkable years earlier.

I thought the opposite on my recent trip to the US from a tourist point of view. LA is now horrible, San Fran is just a gross place to visit. The most unsafe and disgusting place I have ever seen.

Chicago I felt so unsafe and was lockdown in my hotel due to a shooting. The staff advise this happens a bit nowadays. With the crime and murder rate in Chicago I don't see how people keep voting the same Democrat people in power.

And even New York has diminished from my experiences.

Whereas the Southern states I visited had a much better and safer vibe.

I hear it all the time. Everyone is woke but I can never seem to pinpoint who it is. Maybe it’s me. I just don’t know.
