WA captain. Knows how to find the footy and has shown it at senior WAFL level. Elite endurance and quality agility testing numbers. Low center of gravity which is a great quality to have as an inside mid.

Will surprise a few people this kid. A bit of Jack graham type of story.

Reckon we've learnt something and don't see size as all important. If we can get it great. But a really good player who is short is still a really good player. Don't want too many, but looks a good pick up.
 
I know the club has done a lot of research on which "types" of players suceed with later picks.

Steely definitely seems a likely type. Lo e the pick

this boy looks tough and classy, a little undersized but i think he has what it takes to find a role in an AFL system, we have a great strike rate with late picks so i am backing the recruiters
