Its good hopefully Amartey stays on the park and they can develop together learn each other leading space and patterns.
We dont want them both competing for the same ball.

We've still got PTSD from Dawson, so until we have a signed contract we're all still a little hesitant.
In saying that, he wasn't using any holding lines. Sounds legit.

It’s been a long time since he’s put in a poor game.
Pushing up to 30 goals at 2 per game is solid output for a young tall forward & his skills around the ground are superb.
He’s developing very, very nicely in my view.

Tracking well compared to other key forwards at the same age unless their name is Lance Franklin.

Hos improvement is very impressive. His conditioning and fitness excellent now, an off season in the gym to add a few kgs and strength is all that is required now

The thing I like the most about McDonald is that he makes smart handballs under pressure which you wouldn't expect from such a tall lanky fella.

He is very clean below the knees. Will stand out alot more and become a weapon as he gets stronger and not pushed out of as many contests
