Best clubman is a massive pat on the back given his role. Arguably wingman is the most unselfish role in modern football. You don't necessarily get to finish off the work with goals, nor do you get to win one on one's to prove worth. You run your arse off all day to provide outlet options and make space for others to take the glory. The fact that he gets his role like this and does what the team needs would be a massive tick from the coaches IMO.

I think is just on the cusp of showing real star qualities or not, so might be worthwhile for him to give himself a chance to prove that value next year. Big year for a few players to prove what they are worth going forward.
