tbh I go from week to week not sure what I think of him, so for mine, now that I ponder it, something isn't right.

He had one his best games only a few weeks ago. He was solid last week, hes had a good second half of the year.

is a two time Premiership player. Anyone who thinks Bailey can't play a role in our next tilt is a fool.

There are a number of players on our list that could take a leaf out of his book - its noticeable he puts in the work to improve his game.

You could easily pick 4-5 players out of most of the recent premiership sides, that Bailey is better than.

It's why the 2 year contract until the start of free agency is a no brainier. He has strengths we desperately need, and weaknesses that flare up at times. But he's a lot younger than some of the blokes who have shown the same weakness!

Can he reel in those weaknesses? Can we accommodate them more if we move on other players with the same weaknesses but lesser strengths? Can we develop or entice over a better player in his role in the medium term future?

Unless we have some great trade up our sleeve then we just aren't going to have an upgrade from him on a wing round 1 next year. He's not a superstar but he's no shitter either. Two years should work well for both parties.
